Hurricane Island Field Research Station
The Hurricane Island Field Research Station is located on the Center for Science and Leadership campus in Penobscot Bay, Maine, approximately 10 miles offshore from Rockland. The Field Research Station is being upgraded in 2021 with a new Lab building to provide dedicated space for Hurricane Island researchers and visiting higher education students to conduct their important work.
