The Franklin County Conservation District is a political subdivision of state government, established in 1941 and charged with the conservation of the natural resources of Franklin County. We strive to provide resources and experiences to allow current and future generations to understand the importance and value of conservation while also administering technical and financial assistance programs related to natural resource concerns.
