The Great River Passage Conservancy is a champion and unifying voice for revitalizing Saint Paul's connection to the Mississippi River. Our mission is to build the Great River Passage, a series of integrated parks and public spaces along the river for the benefit of Saint Paul residents and visitors. By transforming and connecting these places into a single Great River Passage, the City of Saint Paul can celebrate the Mississippi as the key to its identity as a River Capital.
