About Avon Outdoor Learning Center
The Avon Outdoor Learning Center is a 7-acre outdoor classroom where Avon students can experience nature up-close. We are a classroom without walls, allowing students to extend their learning beyond their classrooms. We want to not only inspire curiosity about the natural world, but also encourage environmental stewardship in Avon's students. Everything from environmental science to history to mathematics is explorable in the Outdoor Learning Center.
