The mission of Three Rivers Soil and Water Conservation District is to identify, to promote the wise use of, and protect our natural resources through education, technical assistance, and financial support to all citizens encompassing Essex, King William, and King & Queen counties. We strive to achieve soil and water conservation within the Three Rivers Soil & Water Conservation District through leadership, education and technical assistance.
