Oklahoma Farm to School Program

The Oklahoma Farm to School program is an initiative designed to connect local farmers with schools and early education centers to provide fresh, healthy, and locally grown food for students. The goal is to offer students access to farm-fresh foods, teach them about where their food comes from, and encourage healthy eating habits. The program has three core components that may be incorporated in various ways at different school sites: Procurement, school gardens, and agriculture education.
