Recycling Education

Presentations are available to school groups, neighborhood associations, and other civic groups. Programming can happen at the MRF (Materials Recovery Facility) where all Little Rock recycling goes for sorting, or in group facilities. Presentations are tailored to age and interests, and can cover: overview of the LRSO & our programs; what is recyclable in curbside carts, how the MRF works; what constitutes contamination, why recycling is important; and other waste reduction strategies.
