LHC Career Pathways

Pathways utilizes a youth development approach that focuses on providing employment opportunities to young people. We use nature as our tool for youth development and we employ, educate, and empower youth through urban agriculture, civic and community engagement, watershed restoration and natural resource conservation. We pay youth ages 12-24 and young leaders who are older to work in nature. We ask youth to show up, be prepared and have a good attitude, and we hold them accountable.
