Spend time learning about and improving local ecosystems as a Youth Steward! Our Stewards program for high school and middle schoolers gives students the opportunity to safely connect with one another, learn about nature, and make a positive impact in their community. Stewards gain experience in caring for local wildlife habitat, removing invasive plants, practicing scientific observation skills, and monitoring the progress of ongoing restoration projects.

Our Youth Stewards program is a one day per week commitment at one of our restoration projects sites in San Mateo or Santa Clara County.
