About Department of Marine Resources’ Education Center
The Department of Marine Resources' Education Center is located at its research facility in Boothbay, Maine and includes the Maine State Aquarium, Learning Lab, and Burnt Island with Education Bldg. DMR's Education Division provides experiences that inspire curiosity and connections with Maines coastal waters and resources. Our vision is to make the Gulf of Maine ecosystem and Department of Marine Resources research come alive for in-person and online audiences.
