3C-REN (Tri-County Regional Network) reduces energy use in our region's buildings for a more affordable, healthy, resilient, and sustainable community. 3C-REN is a collaborative partnership between San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura Counties. We work on improving energy efficiency in our region by offering free programs and services for all building professionals and households.
