Green Schools Recognition Program

Green Schools Recognition Program encourages schools to complete environmental activities and support sustainable initiatives throughout the school year and report their efforts. Reporting their efforts enters them into a competition with other schools earning points. Top earning schools at the secondary and elementary level each earn $500 for project funding. Runner-ups also receive smaller funding.
