Algalita’s Environmental Science Field Trips

Algalita’s environmental science field trips connect middle school and high school students in and around Long Beach, California with local ecosystems through hands-on learning. From analyzing water samples under microscopes to kayaking in Alamitos Bay, youth explore real-world science while building a deeper understanding of human impact and environmental stewardship. Financial aid, including fee waivers and bus fee reimbursement, available by application to public schools with restrictions as funding lasts.
