Our 4-hour guided kayak expedition field trips are for students in grades 5-12 and are led by Audubon staff on Joe Pool Lake at Cedar Hill State Park. This paddling voyage cultivates environmental stewardship and appreciation for our natural resources. Students learn kayaking skills and investigate the ecology of aquatic environments by performing water testing analysis. Students practice scientific observation and identification skills while exploring our aquatic ecosystems.
