Awesome Animal Adaptations

Students will learn the definitions of habitat and adaptations. We will open with a discussion on
adaptations in specific habitats using the local wildlife as examples. Students will then break into
groups and move around the room to five stations with food sources used by birds and different
tools representing bill types. A place to set up five stations is needed. This program takes place
indoors.
