Four Steps for a Resilient Life Workshop

This workshop offers an empowering journey to cultivate resilience, optimism, and hope in the face of the climate crisis.

Geared for environmental and social justice activists, this program guides participants through a review of the ways they embody their activism, rejoicing in the ones that bring joy, and through guided mindfulness practices, reimagining those that are stressful.

Through journaling and small group conversations, participants create a personalized activism plan that emphasizes self-care, reduces stress, and brings joy.
