Healing Seals (Children’s Hospitals)

Healing Seals is a free, interactive, educational, live, distance learning program developed to enhance the lives of adolescent patients undergoing treatment in children’s hospitals. Children make connections with our marine mammal patient’s rehabilitation process, explore concepts in marine science and careers. “Ocean Discovery Kits” are sent ahead of time to enhance the experience. Kits include an activity book, PMMC patient trading cards, marine mammal socks, a plush sea lion, and other goodies!
