This program provides job training and early work experiences for young adults ages 16-20. Through an application process, each summer we welcome 10+ young adults into our 8-week summer training program, providing opportunities for them to explore their world, challenge themselves, and discover their strengths as leaders. Participants are eligible for a $1,000 training stipend, and for potential job opportunities at Outdoor Outreach after completing the program.
