LSU Coastal Roots Seedling Nursery Program

The LSU Coastal Roots (CR) Program involves schools in an on-going plant nursery program to grow native plants at their schools. Students transplant their crop of plants in a habitat restoration planting once a year. Teachers use CR to engage students in critical environmental issues in Louisiana.
