Marine Debris and its Impacts on Wildlife

Teacher's Classroom: School must be within 50 miles of Homer, AK
Description: Students experience the challenges marine wildlife face with entanglement, ingestion, and inhalation caused by ocean trash. They will engage in lab-based activities that demonstrate the negative impacts of marine debris on wildlife and brainstorm ways to keep it from ending up in the ocean.
