Nature in Your Neighborhood

“Nature in Your Neighborhood” field trips are designed to help students get to know their local city parks and open space areas. Small groups of students will be guided by a trained volunteer during a 1.5 hour exploration of a local park. The small groups will be introduced to fun nature-based activities, and a chance to learn more about the plants and animals all around us. Connects to any LifeScience-based classroom program but available as standalone experiences as well.
