Nature Studies

Our core program in elementary schools for over 35 years, Nature Studies provides hands-on outdoor education in Juneau K-6th grade classrooms. We strive to provide every Juneau child a foundation in the outdoors, and a sense of comfort and curiosity in nature. Our programs include science curriculum-integrated lessons with hands-on field trips in the stunning natural areas accessible to Juneau schools.
