Now in our 10th year, NWR educators work with Collective for Youth to offer equitable and accessible environmental and wildlife education programs to various elementary and middle schools in the Omaha Public School district. NWR provides programming for up to 11 schools in the afterschool hours in conjunction with other local organizations on topics such as nocturnal animals, winter wildlife, animal adaptations and more while supporting social and emotional learning.
