Outdoor Education & Recreation Department Programs Summary

Discover the outdoors, explore history, learn about nature and more. Nature-based field trips, group programs, robust school partnerships, public programs, public events, campground programs, clubs, & summer camps are provided by 8 education teams including 4 nature centers, 1 sustainable farm, 1 art-focused park, 1 overnight facility, and 1 outdoor recreation school. These programs occur both at Three Rivers Park District locations and in the community (ie. schools & parks).
