PowerUp Your School® is an evidence-based physical activity program aligned with academics and social-emotional learning for grades K-8. Each lesson is aligned with three or more Math and English Language Arts educational standards?? and a social-emotional learning theme. Participants get moving and learning with games and activities including Shape Jumps, Guess the Steps, Alphabet Relay and more. PowerUp Your School is designed for extended learning programs, physical education, before and after school, summer camps and other youth-focused organizations.
