The California Forest Center

Located at Cal Expo, the California Forest Center is a one-acre educational forest exhibit open to field trips before and after the State Fair. Educators can bring their students to the center to learn more about California's forests, wildlife, water, resources, climate change, and the benefits of sustainable forest management. Guests will be led on a nature walk around the center to see some native Californian trees, learn facts about our forests, and see/touch/feel nature in the heart of Sacramento.
