Water Quality Testing

Students will observe four jars of water (three contaminated, one clean) and will hypothesize which one is the cleanest by visual observation. They will test the water’s odor and pH to determine if their hypothesis was correct. A discussion will be had about stormwater, what affects it, how we are all part of our watershed, and ways we can help keep it clean for humans and animals.
