Youth Outdoor Leadership Opportunity (YOLO)

Nevada and Yuba County 10th-12th grade students are invited to apply to participate in this FREE five-day summer science expedition to engage in local climate action and watershed restoration efforts! During the research expedition, students will study meadows in Tahoe National Forest alongside real scientists and other students.

YOLO is an immersive expedition where students take part in hands-on field work that allows them to apply what they have learned from their science textbooks to a large-scale restoration project. Students
