Conservation Earth / wildmind
Wildmind provides a forever home to non-releasable wild animals and features them as the "wild teachers" in our environmental and conservation education programs. The animals bring science alive, helping to make connections about our relationship with the natural world to ignite a desire to protect and preserve the animals and habitats where they live. The animals'' individual stories of trauma and transformation help students to develop empathy, respect and a greater understanding of our interdependent relationship with nature and wildlife. Our goal is to inform and inspire the next generation of environmental leaders.

Conservation Society of California dba Oakland Zoo
The ZooÂ’s purpose is to increase consciousness of our role in threatening the global ecosystem, risking our very survival, and inspiring radical change to evolve our relationship with the environment around us. We do this by: connecting guests to extraordinary animals and the care they deserve, preK-12 education programs that engage our diverse local youth, campaigns that activate community members around specific ways to reduce their footprint, and advancing community-led field conservation initiatives to save species in our native California as well as species on three other continents. Join us taking action for wildlife - our life.
