Adopt-A-Stream is a program that promotes environmental stewardship through teacher workshops, Aquatic classroom programs and outdoor field activities. It promotes behaviors to improve watersheds.

To protect and manage the fish, forest, and wildlife resources of the state; to facilitate and provide opportunity for all citizens to use, enjoy, and learn about these resources.
