The Escondido Creek Conservancy
Our mission is to preserve and restore the Escondido Creek watershed in North San Diego County, California. Our vision is that, through the Conservancy's leadership, the Escondido Creek watershed will become a model of vibrant urban communities and viable natural ecosystems thriving together. The Conservancy is an accredited land trust of the Land Trust Alliance. The Conservancy manages 3,000 acres of conservation land and provides outdoor education programs to students, adults, and families. The Conservancy partnered with the Olivenhain Municipal Water District to construct an interpretive center that serves as a home for our school-based programs.
