The Oklahoma Association of Conservation Districts is a private, non-profit organization representing the 84 state appropriated and 5 tribal conservation districts. OACD provides leadership, resources and partnership opportunities for conservation districts and those who manage the land to enhance our natural resources for a better Oklahoma.

The Mission of the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service (OCES) is to disseminate information to the people of Oklahoma and encourage the adoption of research-generated knowledge relating to agriculture, family and consumer services, 4-H youth development, and rural economic development. The educational specialist of the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service will provide waste management assistance by providing: Technical assistance, Educational materials and programs, Waste management analysis, Assistance to local and county solid waste decision makers to implement waste management plans

Oklahoma Ag in the Classroom is a program of the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, Oklahoma State Department of Education, and the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service. The purpose of Oklahoma Ag in the Classroom is to help familiarize Oklahoma school children with Oklahoma's food and fiber industry by providing resources for Oklahoma teachers.
