The Alabama Cooperative Extension System is the primary outreach and engagement organization for the land-grant mission of Alabama A&M University and Auburn University.

The S.C.R.A.P. Gallery addresses two of today's most urgent issues - the environment and the education of our youth. Its mission is to actively engage youth as stewards of their environment through a concentrated, hands-on, educational effort to build a creative culture of sustainability in our schools and community. The S.C.R.A.P. provides a link between industry, education, the arts, and the environment. The S.C.R.A.P. Gallery's unique approach helping solve environmental problems teaches children and adults to be creative in their personal recycling habits and take care of the planet.

At Sacramento Splash, our mission is to help children understand and value our natural world. We are a small and passionate group of nature lovers, scientists, and educators working toward ensuring every child has access to forming a connection with the natural world. We teach both teachers and students about our natural habitat using our water pollution prevention-focused curricula. Splash is passionate about being the region's resource for environmental outreach and education, and is dedicated to creating the next generation of nature stewards. We are ensuring that every child understands the impact they make on the environment, through the choices made at home and in their community.
