Hemlock Bluffs Nature Preserve is home to a unique community of Eastern Hemlock trees and other mountain plant species.

Hidden Villa is a nonprofit trust that sustains 1600 acres of wild lands and a working organic farm, right at the boundary of the Silicon Valley and the Santa Cruz Mountains. It is also an educational center that may serve as many as 26,000 students from all grade levels each year, as well as innumerable families and other casual visitors and hikers. Hidden Villa''s Vision is "a sustainable, healthy, and just future for all," and our Mission is "to foster educational experiences that build connections and inspire a deeper appreciation and respect for nature, food, and one another." Services provided by Hidden Villa include educational programs for all ages, plant and animal farm products, rental facilities, hiking trails, and a summer camp.
