Park Programs is a mobile team that strives to connect people to nature by providing outdoor recreation and environmental education programs throughout Harris County Precinct 3.

PEAS (Partners for Education, Agriculture and Sustainability) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Austin, TX. Founded with the mission to cultivate joyful connections with the natural world through outdoor learning and edible education. PEAS delivers unique, outdoor learning and edible education programs to participating school campuses, operates and maintains a community farm, runs camps, and leads professional development to help teachers bridge key science, nutrition, math and health concepts from the garden to the classroom.

The Peabody Mill Environmental Center provides a unique and stimulating setting for environmental and science education for children and adults of all ages, featuring opportunities to learn from nature outdoors in all seasons. The center complements existing school curriculums and provides a "living laboratory" for learning as children and adults observe and experience the natural world.

Established in 1975, the Ozark Society Foundation supports and promotes conservation,
education and recreation activity in the Ozark-Ouachita region and surrounding lowlands. The Foundation publishes conservation and nature-related books about the Ozark-Ouachita mountains region, offers an award in environmental writing, and makes grants to youth programs.

To give kids a field experience that provides ownership to Mobile Bay. Students will be introduced to the ecology of Mobile Bay and the surrounding waters through a sense of wonder!
