Earth Rangers is the charity that transforms children’s concerns about the environment into positive action. When a child becomes an Earth Ranger, they become an animal saving hero, developing confidence that they can make a difference and optimism about the future. Through a variety of programs and content, we empower kids to become environmental leaders at home and in their communities. From organizing shoreline clean-ups, to creating backyard animal habitats, to reducing food waste and energy consumption at home, our members are committed to leaving the world better than they found it – and having a whole lot of fun doing it.

EarthLinks cultivates transformation and self-worth with people experiencing homelessness and poverty. By creating opportunities through Earth-centered
programs, individuals step out of isolation and into community – restoring each other and the planet.

Earthroots inspires life-long dedication to environmental stewardship & community through deep nature connection mentoring.?In our creative learning environments, Earthroots participants gain a better understanding of how all of life is connected. They experience how our actions influence the world around us. With this understanding, we hope that individuals then make choices in their daily lives to improve the health of the earth, themselves and each other.

The East Bay Regional Park District preserves a rich heritage of natural and cultural resources and provides open space, parks, trails, safe and healthful recreation and environmental education. An environmental ethic guides the District in all of its activities. Interpretation and Recreation Services Mission: The Interpretive and Recreation Services Department inspires East Bay residents to enjoy and value their Regional Parks through innovative programs and services that are educational, uplifting and empowering.
