Creek Lands Conservation
Creek Lands Conservation works to conserve and restore freshwater and near shore marine ecosystems throughout California's Central Coast through conservation science, education, and stewardship. One of our educational goals is to foster functional eco-stewards. Our NGSS aligned curriculum, Protecting Our Watersheds (POW) program is a cross-curricular conservation science program for 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th graders that focuses on local phenomena to help students' develop a sense of place and connection with the environment. With the goal of ensuring that every SLCUSD student receives the opportunity to form meaningful connections with nature through multi-grade, experiential-based environmental education.

Crystal Cove Conservancy
Crystal Cove Conservancy is the nonprofit partner to Crystal Cove State Park, which is located on the unceded lands of the Acjachemen and Tongva Tribal Nations in Orange County, CA. We work in partnership with California State Parks to restore the Crystal Cove Historic District and educate our next generation of environmental leaders in order to ensure that Crystal Cove, and places like it, are protected for generations to come.
